Disclosure of Rights attached to Equity Shares - Listing Rule 9.2.6E
In accordance with paragraph 9.2.6E of the Listing Rules (disclosure of rights attached to equity shares), Spirax-Sarco Engineering plc, the world leader in thermal energy management, peristaltic pumping and associated fluid path technologies, is in the course of uploading to the National Storage Mechanism (NSM) a copy of its Articles of Association, which set out the principal rights and restrictions attached to its ordinary shares.
The Company states in its Annual Report 2019 that, except as set out in the Articles of Association and applicable legislation, there are no restrictions on the transfer of shares in the Company and there are no restrictions on the voting rights in the Company's shares.
