Board Appointment
Spirax-Sarco Engineering plc, the world leader in the control and efficient use of steam, and in peristaltic pumping and associated fluid path technologies, is pleased to announce the appointment of Jane Kingston as an independent Non-Executive Director with effect from 1st September 2016. Jane will join the Audit, Remuneration and Nomination Committees.
From 2006 to December 2015, Jane Kingston was Group Human Resources Director at Compass Group PLC and, prior to that, at BPB plc. Jane has worked in a variety of sectors, including roles with Blue Circle Industries plc, Enodis plc and Coats Viyella plc. She is currently an independent Non-Executive Director of National Express Group plc, where she chairs the Remuneration Committee.
