Directorship Change

The Company announces that Angela Archon, a Non-Executive Director since 2020 and based in the US, has communicated her intention to step down from the Board effective 31 December 2026, in order to reduce her overseas time commitments.

Tim Cobbold, Chair of Spirax Group said: "We are grateful to Angela for her contribution over the last six years, I'd like to thank her for her support and wish her well for the future."

The Nomination Committee will shortly begin a process to appoint a new Non-Executive Director.
