Annual Report and Accounts 2025 and Notice of Annual General Meeting
Spirax Group plc (the "Company") announces that, further to the announcement of the Company's final results for the year ended 31 December 2025 on 10 March 2026, the Annual Report and Accounts 2025, together with the Notice of Annual General Meeting 2026 and Form of Proxy, have been posted or otherwise made available to shareholders.
Shareholders will be asked to consider and, if thought fit, approve, among other matters:
• the Company's updated Directors' Remuneration Policy; and
• the updated Company Share Award Plan Rules.
In compliance with Listing Rule 6.4.1R of the UK Financial Conduct Authority ('FCA'), a copy of the Annual Report and Accounts 2025 (including the proposed Directors' Remuneration Policy), the Notice of Annual General Meeting 2026 and Form of Proxy, together with the proposed Company Share Award Plan Rules, have been uploaded to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.

The Annual General Meeting 2026 will be held at 3.00pm on 13 May 2026 at the Company's registered office, Charlton House, Cirencester Road, Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, GL53 8ER.
