Speedy Hire Plc (the "Company")

Annual Report and Accounts 2026 and Notice of Annual General Meeting 2026

Following the release on 17 June 2026 of the Company's final results for the year ended 31 March 2026, the Company announces that it has published its Annual Report and Accounts for that period ("Annual Report").

The Company also announces that its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held at 2.00pm on Thursday, 10 September 2026 at the offices of Addleshaw Goddard LLP, 41 Lothbury, London EC2R 7HG.

Copies of the following documents have been posted to shareholders who have elected to continue to receive paper communications:

·    Annual Report;

·    Notice of AGM; and

·    Form of Proxy.

Copies of the above documents have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.
