2026 FINAL DIVIDEND CURRENCY EXCHANGE RATES

South32 Limited (ASX, LSE, JSE: S32; ADR: SOUHY) (South32) announced on 27 August 2026 that the Board resolved to pay a final dividend of US 5.4 cents per share (fully franked) for the full year ended 30 June 2026, with a payment date of 15 October 2026.

The US cent currency exchange rate applicable to the dividend payable in Australian cents, British pence and New Zealand cents is determined as the average exchange rate realised on foreign exchange trades during the period 7 September 2026 to 23 September 2026, and is detailed below:
