Overview

South East Water (Finance) Limited ("SEWF") announces today the results of a STID Proposal dated 9 April 2026 regarding certain amendments described therein.

SEWF announces that the Security Trustee has received the required votes and consents in favour of the STID Proposal in accordance with the STID Directions Request and the STID Proposal has been approved. The STID Proposal enables South East Water Limited to incorporate a new UK PLC subsidiary, which it intends to use as its new financing subsidiary vehicle to issue public debt in due course (subject to necessary approvals, consents and processes).

Documentation to give effect to the proposals approved in the STID Proposal will be entered into by, inter alios, the Proposer and the Security Trustee as soon as practicable hereafter.
