Launch of STID Proposal

South East Water (Finance) Limited ("SEWF") announces the launch of a STID proposal dated 9 April 2026 (the "STID Proposal") in relation to the authorisation and direction of the Security Trustee and the Financial Guarantors (as applicable) to consent to certain Amendments (as defined in the STID Proposal) pursuant to the security trust and intercreditor deed dated 27 July 2004 between, inter alios, SEWF and the Security Trustee (the "STID").

Notice is hereby given that the STID Proposal has been circulated to the Secured Creditors (or their Secured Creditor Representative, as applicable) in relation to the Amendments as set out in the STID Proposal.

Capitalised terms not otherwise defined have the meanings given to them in the STID Proposal, the STID or the Master Definitions Agreement (as defined in the STID).
