Notice of Redemption to Noteholders, Trustee and Principal Paying Agent

Sound Energy, the AIM-listed transition energy company, is pleased to announce that, following the completion of the disposal of Sound Energy Meridja Limited announced on 3 August 2026 and approval of the proposed restructuring of the Company's Luxembourg listed EUR 28.8m 5.0% senior secured notes (the "Notes") announced on 12 June 2026, the Company has served notices to redeem the Notes in accordance with the amended Condition 7.2A (Special redemption at the option of the Issuer), details of which were set out in the Consent Solicitation Memorandum (CSM) published on 28 May 2026. The Notes will be redeemed in full on 17 August 2026 in an amount equal to EUR 60,187.47 per EUR 100,000 of principal amount of Notes.

Copies of the Notices of Redemption to Noteholders and to the Trustee and Principal Paying Agent will be available on the Company's website at www.soundenergyplc.com.
