Sosandar plc (AIM: SOS), the women’s fashion brand, creating quality, trend-led products for women of all ages, announces that under the general authority granted by the Company’s shareholders at the Company’s Annual General Meeting held on 17 September 2026 to purchase up to 21,568,820 Sosandar ordinary shares of 0.1p each (“Ordinary Shares”), the Company announces that on 5 November 2026 it purchased 250,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 9.75p per share, representing approximately 0.10% of the Company’s issued share capital. The Ordinary Shares purchased will be held in treasury.
Total voting rights
The Company’s total issued share capital consists of 248,226,513 Ordinary Shares, of which 33,604,534 Ordinary Shares are held in treasury, therefore, the total number of Ordinary Shares carrying voting rights is 214,621,979. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA’s Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
