Somero Enterprises, Inc. announces an update, so far as the Company is aware, to the shareholdings of the Company's significant shareholders (as defined in the AIM Rules for Companies) in accordance with AIM Rule 17.

Shareholders are reminded that that Somero is a company which has been incorporated in the USA and therefore may not be notified by shareholders of relevant changes to their shareholdings. The below shareholdings are therefore based upon share register analysis produced for the Company (with the exception of Mr Brian Kelly's and VN Capital's shareholdings, which were previously notified to the Company and announced accordingly).
