Further expansion of 2026 Share Buyback Programme

Somero Enterprises, Inc. announces that, on 22 July 2026, the Board approved a further increase in the maximum aggregate amount authorised under the Company's 2026 share buyback programme, announced on 12 March 2026 and expanded on 9 April 2026, from US$6.0m to US$12.0m.

In light of the better-than-expected H1 2026 trading reported in the Company's trading update of 16 July 2026, the Board considers that the Company's balance-sheet strength and expected cash generation provide capacity for a further return of capital to shareholders. The increase is consistent with the Company's disciplined capital-allocation framework.

Purchases under the expanded 2026 Share Buyback Programme are expected to commence following the publication of the Company's interim results on 8 September 2026.

The expanded 2026 Share Buyback Programme will otherwise be conducted on the same basis as set out in the Company's announcement of 12 March 2026. Shares repurchased under the programme are intended to be cancelled, and the Company will make further announcements as and when purchases are made.
