Transaction in Own Shares
Solid State plc (AIM: SOLI), the specialist value added component supplier and design-in manufacturer of computing, power, and communications products, announces that on 8 January 2026 it purchased 23,652 of its own ordinary shares of 5p each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 164.97 pence per share to be held as treasury shares. It is anticipated that these shares will principally be used to satisfy future awards under the Company's options schemes.
The Company hereby notifies the market that immediately following this purchase for treasury its issued share capital remains the same, consisting of 57,081,720 Ordinary Shares of which 262,773 will be held in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 56,818,947. Shareholders may use this figure as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
