Solid State plc (AIM: SOLI), the specialist value-added component supplier and design-in manufacturer of computing, power, and communications products, announces the following transfers of existing ordinary shares to certain persons discharging managerial responsibility ("PDMRs") from the Company's All-Employee Share Plan ("AESP"), following their election to automatically reinvest dividends paid on shares held under the Company's All Employee Share Plan.
