Solid State plc (AIM: SOLI), the specialist value-added component supplier and design-in manufacturer of computing, power, and communications products, announces the following dealings in ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company (“Ordinary Shares”) undertaken by a person discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMR").

 

On 16 September 2026, Sam Smith, Non-Executive Director of the Company, sold 9,500 Ordinary Shares from her personal holding at a price of £1.7815 per Ordinary Share and subsequently repurchased 9,500 Ordinary Shares through her Self-Invested Personal Pension ("SIPP") at a price of £1.7845 per Ordinary Share.
