In accordance with PRM 1.6.4R, Softcat plc (the "Company") announces that it has issued and allotted 44,646 ordinary shares of 0.0005 pence per share between 3 February 2026 and 26 March 2026 in connection with the Softcat plc Long Term Incentive Plan.

For completeness, 210,189 ordinary shares of 0.0005 pence per share were issued in connection with the Softcat plc Long Term Incentive Plan between 3 December 2025 and 15 January 2026, following the last block listing return for the six-months ended 13 November 2025.

These shares were previously admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange Main Market under two existing block admissions to trading in June 2021 and November 2025.
