Availability of the half-yearly financial report and details of the conference call

Starting 31 August 2026, latest at  20:00 o'clock (Romanian time), the condensed consolidated interim Financial Statements as at and for the six-month period ended 30 June 2026 prepared in accordance with the International Financial Reporting Standards as adopted by EU ("IFRS-EU"), and the Board of Directors' consolidated report for H1 2026 will be available, both in Romanian and English, in electronic format, on the company's website, section "Investors > Results and Reports > Financial Results", at: https://www.electrica.ro/en/investors/results-and-reports/financial-results/financial-statements-for-h1-2026/.

The above-mentioned documents will be also available, in hardcopy, at the Company's headquarters in Bucharest, 9 Grigore Alexandrescu Street, District 1, which is open from Monday to Thursday between 08:00-17:00 (Romanian time), and on Fridays between 08:00-14:30 (Romanian time), excepting the legal holidays.

Electrica's management is organizing on 1 September 2026, 16:00 o'clock (Romanian time), a web conference for analysts and investors: Presentation of Electrica Group H1 2026 Financial Results. The web conference can be accessed online under the following link https://87399.themediaframe.eu/links/electrica260901.html.

Company approval or pre-registration is not required to participate in the teleconference.
