HC Slingsby PLC (AIM: SLNG), one of the market leaders in the distribution of industrial and commercial equipment, announces that at the Company's General Meeting, held earlier today, both resolutions were passed.

Update on the cancellation of admission of the Company's Ordinary Shares to trading on AIM

As a result of the passing of the Resolutions, trading in the Company's Ordinary Shares on AIM will be cancelled at 7.00 a.m. on 23 December 2025. Shareholders are therefore reminded that the last day of dealings in the Company's Ordinary Shares on AIM will be 22 December 2025.
