NOTICE OF DELISTING
The Issuer refers to the admission to listing of the Notes on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange and as described in the supplementary listing particulars dated 31 January 2003 (as amended and restated from time to time) relating to the Notes.
The Issuer confirms that the Notes have redeemed in full.
The Issuer hereby gives notice of its intention that the Notes be withdrawn from listing on the Official List and the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange, and requests that such withdrawal be effected.
This notice is given by the Issuer.
