The Company announces that it has been notified that Chief Financial Officer, Simon Kesterton, purchased 28,131 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company on 29 May 2026. Prior to this transaction, Simon had a beneficial interest in SIG of 2,135,386 ordinary shares and, following this transaction, Simon's beneficial interest is now 2,163,517 ordinary shares in SIG.
