The Company announces that it has today published its 2025 Annual Report & Accounts (the "2025 Annual Report").

A copy of the document has been posted on the Company's website www.sigplc.com/investors and will be sent to shareholders on or around 23 March 2026, together with the Notice of 2026 Annual General Meeting and Form of Proxy, in line with shareholder communication preferences.

The 2025 Annual Report has been submitted to the Financial Conduct Authority, and will shortly be available for inspection at the Financial Conduct Authority's National Storage Mechanism, which can be accessed at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.

The 2025 Annual Report has been prepared using the single electronic reporting format specified in the TD ESEF Regulation.
