Results of 2026 Annual General Meeting

London, UK, 18 June 2026:  Shield Therapeutics plc (LSE: STX), a commercial stage pharmaceutical company specialising in iron deficiency with or without anemia ("ID/IDA"), announces the voting results for each resolution set out in the Notice of Annual General Meeting 2026. The Board reports that all resolutions were passed: 1 to 12 passed as ordinary resolutions and 13 and 14 passed as special resolutions.
