Expanded Growth Opportunity on G-Cloud 15

Significant increase in approved solutions under latest UK Government procurement framework

Shearwater Group plc, the cybersecurity, advisory, and managed security services group, announces that its subsidiaries Brookcourt Solutions and Pentest Limited, have both secured positions on G-Cloud 15, the UK Government's enlarged procurement framework for cloud-based software, hosting and support services.

The G-Cloud 15 offering includes solutions across a broad range of cybersecurity disciplines, including identity and access management, Zero Trust, cloud security, network security, threat detection and response, vulnerability management, data protection, security operations, managed security services and AI governance.

Brookcourt has increased the number of approved technologies and specialist services available through G-Cloud by c.77%, from 31 on G-Cloud 14 to 55 on G-Cloud 15. As previously announced, Brookcourt has already converted its G-Cloud 14 position into new business, most recently securing a c.£1m contract expansion with a central Government department in December 2025 for the provision of threat intelligence services.

The expanded portfolio increases Brookcourt's visibility across a broader range of procurement categories and customer requirements within the public sector procurement process.  This further reinforces the Group's long-term growth strategy within the UK cybersecurity market.

Pentest Limited has also secured independent G-Cloud approval across a range of specialist cybersecurity services, including cloud support service, security strategy, audit quality assurance and red teaming. Through G-Cloud 15, Pentest will provide penetration testing and cybersecurity consultancy service spanning web and mobile applications, internal, external and internet of things (IoT) environments.

Shearwater's internally developed artificial intelligence platform played an important role in the submission process, assisting the Group's technical and commercial teams in preparing, structuring and validating submissions. This enabled the business to compile and review a substantially broader portfolio efficiently, while maintaining the standards required for public-sector procurement.

Phil Higgins, Group CEO of Shearwater Group plc, commented: "Expanding Brookcourt's G-Cloud portfolio from 31 to 55 approved technologies and services, in addition to Pentest Limited securing its own place on G-Cloud 15, further strengthens the breadth of specialist cybersecurity services available across the Group.

"The combined capabilities of Brookcourt, Pentest, SecurEnvoy and Xcina enhance our ability to support public sector organisations with a comprehensive range of cybersecurity, identity, assurance and advisory services. It is testament to the Group's outstanding team and demonstrates our continued commitment to supporting the UK public sector.

"This achievement also highlights the practical benefits we are already realising from embedding AI within our business. Our internally developed platform has enabled our team to deliver a substantially broader submission efficiently, combining technology with the expertise of our people".
