Board Update

Shearwater Group plc, the cybersecurity, advisory and managed security services group, announces that Giles Willits will step down as a Non-Executive Director from the Board with effect from 1 April 2026 following over a decade with the Company.

Further to Robin Southwell's appointment as Chair in January 2026, the Board confirms that the transition has been completed smoothly and the Company is benefitting from his strong leadership and continuity at Board level.

The Board has commenced a process to identify and appoint a new Non-Executive Director. This process is progressing well and is now at an advanced stage. A further update will be provided in due course.

Robin Southwell OBE, Chair, commented: "The Board would like to express its gratitude to Giles for his contribution to the Company over the past 10 years and we wish him well for the future."

As confirmed in the interim results announced on 17 March 2026, the Board entered the second half of FY26 with an increasing level of confidence in the Company's strategy with new deals progressing well through the pipeline. Trading is in line with expectations and the Company continues to be well positioned to deliver on its objectives.
