Shearwater Group plc, the cybersecurity, advisory and managed security services group, announces the following update in relation to directors' disclosure for Robin Southwell, Non-Executive Chair of the Company, pursuant to AIM Rule 17 and Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules for Companies.

Aeralis Ltd., a company of which Robin Southwell is Chair, announced on 15 May 2026 that administrators had been appointed to the company.
