b)	Nature of the transaction	Grant of an option to the PDMR under the Shawbrook Group plc Sharesave Plan 2025. In accordance with the terms of the plan, the PDMR has committed to save £500 per month over a five‑year period. At the end of the savings period, the PDMR may use the accumulated savings to exercise the option over 10,570 ordinary shares at the option price of £2.89 per ordinary share. No consideration is payable on the grant of the option.
