Shawbrook Group plc - Appointment of Independent Non-Executive Director

Shawbrook Group plc ("Shawbrook" or the "Group") is pleased to announce the appointment of Vicky Davies, OBE as an Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company, and of its subsidiary Shawbrook Bank Limited (the "Bank"), with effect from 1 November 2026. Vicky will join the Audit Committee, the Risk Committee and the Nomination and Governance Committee from the same date.

Vicky recently held the position of Chief Executive Officer of Danske Bank UK (Northern Bank Limited), having previously served as Deputy CEO and in a range of senior executive roles at the bank since 2011. Under her leadership, Danske Bank UK has delivered significant profit growth, expanded beyond its historic Northern Ireland base into the wider UK market, and strengthened its technology and digital capabilities.

Vicky brings substantial regulated financial services and Board-level experience, including current Non-Executive roles at UK Finance and Business in the Community, and an advisory position on the PRA Practitioners Panel. Her background spans strategic leadership, risk management, and technology transformation within complex and highly regulated environments.

The Company confirms that there is no further information to be disclosed under the requirements of UKLR 6.4.8R in relation to this appointment.
