Update note from QuotedData

Summary by AI BETAClose X

Seraphim Space Investment Trust (SSIT) has demonstrated strong portfolio progress, with ICEYE's valuation significantly increasing and HawkEye 360 listing, alongside York Space Systems acquiring ALL.SPACE. The company's £137 million C share issue provides capital for existing and new opportunities, while the Seraphim New Space ETF could boost share demand. Despite increased concentration risk from ICEYE's growth, other holdings like Xona, Pixxel, and Hubble show considerable potential. With a positive long-term outlook for SpaceTech and anticipated net asset value growth, the current share price discount to NAV appears increasingly difficult to justify.

Seraphim Space Investment Trust - Update note from QuotedData

7 October 2026

Strong NAV growth, more winners emerging

Seraphim Space Investment Trust (SSIT) has continued to make strong portfolio progress. ICEYE's latest funding round confirmed a substantial rise in its valuation, HawkEye 360 has listed, and York Space Systems has acquired ALL.SPACE. SSIT's £137m C share issue provides capital for existing holdings and new opportunities, while Seraphim's New Space ETF could increase demand for its shares.

ICEYE's growth has increased concentration risk, but the manager sees it as the first holding to have "popped", with Xona, Pixxel and Hubble offering significant potential. With the long-term outlook for SpaceTech strong and further growth in net asset value (NAV) expected, we think SSIT's current share price discount to NAV is increasingly hard to justify.
