The Company is pleased to announce that at the General Meeting held at 11.00am today, 6 May 2026, each of the Resolutions was duly passed by way of a poll without amendment. 

Resolution 1 was proposed as an ordinary resolution and Resolutions 2 and 3 were proposed as special resolutions.
