Seraphim Space Investment Trust plc ("SSIT" or the "Company"), the world's first listed SpaceTech investment company, will announce its third quarter results for the three-month period ended 31 March 2026 on Wednesday 3 June 2026.

There will be a webinar for equity analysts at 09.00 (UK time) on the day of the results. To register for the event, please contact SEC Newgate by email at seraphim@secnewgate.co.uk.

A further presentation for retail investors will be provided at 11.00 (UK time) on the same day via the Investor Meet Company platform.

The presentation is open to all existing and potential shareholders. Questions can be submitted pre-event via your Investor Meet Company dashboard up until 2 June 2026, 09:00 (UK time), or at any time during the live presentation.
