Board Changes
The Board announces that, due to personal reasons, Margaret Stephens has decided to step down as a non-executive director of the Company with effect from 31 March 2026. The Board wishes to express its sincere thanks to Margaret for her invaluable contribution to the Board and as Chair of the Audit Committee. Nicola Paul will assume the position of Chair of the Audit Committee with effect from 1 April 2026.
