Lagos and London - 10 June 2026:  The Company was notified of the purchase of 59,994 ordinary shares by Mr. Christopher Okeke, an Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company. 

Following this purchase, Mr. Christopher Okeke now holds 59,994 shares in the Company, which equates to a voting interest of approximately 0.01% based on the issued shares of 599,944,561.

Further details of the transaction are set out in the attached Notification and Public Disclosure of Transactions by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities and Persons Closely Associated with them.
