ANNOUNCEMENT OF CURRENCY EXCHANGE RATE FOR Q3 2025 INTERIM DIVIDEND

Lagos and London, November 13, 2025:  Seplat Energy PLC ("Seplat" or the "Company"), a leading Nigerian independent energy company listed on both the Nigerian Exchange Limited and London Stock Exchange, today confirms that the below currency exchange rate is applicable in determining Q3 2025 interim dividend to shareholders that will receive the dividend payment in Naira (₦).

The exchange rate for the Naira amounts payable is the Central Bank of Nigeria NFEM rate for November 12, 2025.

Exchange Rate:

US$1 = ₦1,443.08
