Senior plc has been notified that on 22 October 2008, Ron Case, a PDMR, purchased 20,000 Ordinary 10 pence shares in the Company, at a price of 47 pence per share, in the name of Mr R L and Mrs T L Case.

Following this transaction, the combined holding of Mr and Mrs Case is 20,000 shares, representing 0.005% of the issued share capital of the Company.
