The Company is pleased to report that it has published its annual report and financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2025.

As announced on 20 March 2026, the NAV per B share as at 31 December 2025 was 41.0p and the NAV per Ordinary share was 7.9p as at 31 December 2025.

The Annual Report contains an updated unaudited NAV per B share of 39.7p and a NAV per Ordinary share of 8.6p as at 31 March 2026.

A copy of the Annual Report and Accounts will also be submitted shortly to the National Storage Mechanism ("NSM") and will be available for inspection at the NSM, which is situated at: https://www.fca.org.uk/markets/primary-markets/regulatory-disclosures/national-storage-mechanism.

The annual report contains a notice of the Annual General Meeting ("AGM"). The Company's AGM will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, 4 June 2026 at the Company's registered address 9 The Parks, Haydock, WA12 0JQ.
