notified that Barclays plc, acting as agents for its discretionary clients hold
(either directly or indirectly) a beneficial interest of 24,576,666 ordinary
shares of 25p each representing 5.87% and a non-beneficial interest of
10,488,739 ordinary shares of 25p each representing 2.50% with a total interest
of 8.37% of the issued share capital of the company.
