Seeing Machines responds to alleged cyber threat

Seeing Machines Limited (AIM: SEE), the advanced computer vision technology company that designs AI-powered operator monitoring systems to improve transport safety, announces that approximately 10 days ago it was informed of an alleged cyber threat targeting the Company.

Seeing Machines is aware that a third party has named the Company online in connection with claims that some of its data has been accessed. 

 

The Company understand this news may cause concern and wish to assure all stakeholders that immediately upon becoming aware of the claim it was, and continues to be, thoroughly investigated as a priority.

 

Seeing Machines has not identified any relevant events in relation to the claim, nor has any unauthorised access to Seeing Machines systems or data has been identified at this time.

 

All operations are running as normal, and sophisticated monitoring systems have been implemented to ensure the Company is aware if there are any further developments. Nonetheless, the Company will continue monitoring of its systems over the coming period to ensure the ongoing safety of all systems and data.
