Seeing Machines announces Convertible Note refinancing update
Seeing Machines Limited (AIM: SEE, "Seeing Machines" or the "Company"), the advanced computer vision company focused on transport safety, announces a short update in respect of its Convertible Note refinancing process.
Further to its interim results on 27 March 2026, Seeing Machines confirms that it is in advanced discussions with a number of potential lenders and has received multiple term sheets for the purpose of refinancing its Convertible Note ahead of the stated maturity date of 4 October 2026. Subject to customary documentation being entered into, the Company expects to complete the refinance process well in advance of the stated maturity date.
Paul McGlone, CEO of Seeing Machines, commented: "We are in advanced discussions with a number of lenders and have received multiple term sheets. Due to good interest from lenders and our focus on securing the most attractive terms for the Company, the process will go beyond the end of FY2026. We continue to make good progress and continue to expect to complete the refinancing well ahead of the October maturity date."
Capitalised terms used in this announcement shall bear the same meaning ascribed to such terms in the Company's announcement of 6 October 2022.
