Total Voting Rights

SEEEN plc (AIM: SEEN), the global media and technology platform that delivers AI-infused Key Video Moments to drive increased views and revenues across all video content, announces that further to the announcement dated 28 May 2025,  warrants over 1,283,331 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the Company (the "Ordinary Shares") ("Fundraising Warrants"), have been exercised.

Accordingly, as at today's date, the total number of Ordinary Shares in issue and voting rights in the Company is 143,179,967. The Company does not hold any ordinary shares in treasury, therefore, this figure of 143,179,967 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company pursuant to the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.

As of today, all other outstanding Fundraising Warrants have now lapsed.
