Secure Trust Bank PLC ("STB") announces that it purchased 42,034 ordinary shares of 40p each in the Company (the "Repurchased Shares"), in the period from 3 August 2026 to 5 August 2026, pursuant to the share buyback programme (the "Buyback Programme") that was announced on 29 June 2026, as follows (together the "Transaction"):

Application will be made for the Repurchased Shares to be cancelled. Following the cancellation of the Repurchased Shares, the total number of ordinary shares with voting rights will be 18,795,424 which may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, STB under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules. STB holds no shares in treasury.
