STB announces that the Notice of AGM has been published and will be sent on 2 April 2026 to all shareholders who have requested a physical copy, together with the 2025 Annual Report and Accounts.

The 2026 AGM will be held at 3 p.m. on Thursday 14 May 2026 at the office of Deloitte LLP at Four Brindleyplace, Birmingham, B1 2HZ. Shareholders are encouraged to submit their proxy form online or otherwise as outlined in the Notice of AGM. Full details of the proposed resolutions are set out in the Notice of AGM alongside guidance on how to submit questions to the Directors ahead of the AGM.
