Secure Property Development and Investment PLC (AIM: SPDI), the South Eastern European focused property and investment company, announces, further to its announcement on 7 April 2026, that it is in discussions with AdvEn Industries regarding a revised repayment plan for the initial capital amount of €250,000 of the initial secured loan provided by SPDI to AdvEn Industries.

Further updates will be provided as and when appropriate. The Company reserves all rights in respect of enforcing its rights under the loan agreement.
