Issue of Equity and Total Voting Rights

Seascape Energy, an E&P company focused on Southeast Asia, has applied to the London Stock Exchange for 54,083 new ordinary shares of 10 pence each to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission") following the exercise of share options by, primarily, former employees of the Company under Seascape's Long Term Incentive Plan and Co-Investment Plan.

It is expected that Admission will become effective on 12 October 2026. The new ordinary shares will, following allotment, rank pari passu in all respects with the existing issued ordinary shares.

Following Admission, the Company's issued ordinary share capital will consist of 70,393,194 ordinary shares, with no ordinary shares in treasury. Therefore, the total number of ordinary shares and voting rights in the Company will be 70,393,194. With effect from Admission, this figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
