BOARD CHANGES

Sealand Capital Galaxy Limited (LSE: SCGL) is pleased to announce the appointment of Ms. Mu Zhang (known as "Daphne Zhang") as an Independent Non-Executive Director and Deputy Chair of the Company with immediate effect.

Daphne Zhang is a UK-based capital markets and corporate finance professional with over 18 years' experience advising Asian and UK growth companies on London and international equity capital markets, IPOs, secondary fundraisings, M&A, corporate governance, shareholder engagement and investor communications. Since 2012, Daphne has held investment banking and corporate finance roles in London, working on Main Market, AIM and Aquis transactions, including at Panmure Liberum and Grant Thornton, and acting as Sponsor, Nomad, Broker and financial adviser. Earlier in her career, Daphne was based in Beijing advising Asian companies on fundraisings, cross-border M&A, pre-IPO and US IPO-related transactions. Daphne holds a Master's degree in Finance and Economics from the University of Southampton and the ICAEW Corporate Finance qualification. She is resident in the UK and is a native Mandarin speaker.

In accordance with UKLR 6.4.8R, no further information is required to be disclosed in respect of Daphne Zhang's appointment.
