The Company announces that its 2026 Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held on Tuesday, 15 September 2026 at 9.00am at One Great Cumberland Place, London W1H 7AL.

The Company's formal Notice of AGM will be posted to Shareholders who have elected to receive hard copies and is available on the Company's corporate website at https://www.seitplc.com

In accordance with UK Listing Rule 6.4.1R, a copy of the document has been submitted to the Financial Conduct Authority and will shortly be available for inspection at the National Storage Mechanism at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.
