Horgen, November 15, 2013 - Schweiter Technologies is selling its property in La Chaux-de-Fonds, which is surplus to operational requirements, to Procimmo Swiss Commercial Fund.

The sale price of CHF 18.3 million will generate a book gain for Schweiter Technologies in the low single-digit million range.

Procimmo Swiss Commercial Fund is a real estate fund specializing in commercial property and is listed on SIX Swiss Exchange.
