Schroders Capital Global Innovation Trust plc

(the "Company")

CHANGE OF AUDITOR

Following a formal and competitive tender process, led by the Company's Audit, Risk and Valuation Committee, the Company announces that the Board has approved the appointment of BDO LLP ("BDO") as the Company's auditor for the financial year ending 31 December 2026. A resolution to appoint BDO will be put to shareholders for approval at the Company's next Annual General Meeting to be held in the first half of 2027.

Ernst & Young LLP ("EY") has ceased to be the Company's auditor and has deposited a statement with the Company confirming that there are no matters connected with its ceasing to hold office that need to be brought to the attention of the members or creditors of the Company for the purposes of section 519 of the Companies Act 2006.

In accordance with UK Listing Rule 6.4.1, a copy of the section 519 statement will be uploaded to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.

The Board would like to thank EY for its services to the Company throughout its tenure in office.
