Cancellation of Shares held in Treasury

Schroders plc announces that it has today cancelled 63,750 non-voting ordinary shares previously held in Treasury with immediate effect.  Following this cancellation, the Company has 491,097 non-voting ordinary shares held in Treasury.  There are no ordinary shares held in Treasury.  Excluding the Treasury shares, the Company has 56,014,503 non-voting ordinary shares and 226,022,400 ordinary shares (i.e. with voting rights attached) in issue.
