The Board of Schroder Oriental Income Fund Limited (the "Company") is pleased to announce the appointment of Winterflood, a division of Marex Financial, as the Company's sole corporate broker and financial adviser with immediate effect.

In its capacity as sole corporate broker, Winterflood is engaged to undertake market purchases of ordinary shares in the Company in accordance with its discount management policy and pursuant to the authority to repurchase ordinary shares, granted by shareholders at the Annual General Meeting held on 3 December 2025.
