Transaction in Own Shares

Schroder Income Growth Fund plc (the "Company") announces that on Tuesday 21 April 2026 it purchased 25,000 of its ordinary shares at a price of 360.02 pence per share, to be held in treasury.

Following this purchase, the Company's issued share capital consisted of 69,463,343 ordinary shares of 10p each, the total number of shares in treasury was 3,032,405 and the total number of voting rights in the Company was 66,430,938.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.

Correction

Further to the above, this announcement also seeks to correct the Transaction in Own Shares announcement published on 22 April 2026. The incorrect number of shares in treasury and total number of voting rights were stated, see the below table for further details. All other details in the announcement remain unchanged.
